Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teens, young adults, and families through a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges. My work spans agency settings, nonprofit organizations, elementary, middle, and high schools, and private practice. These experiences giving me a broad and practical understanding of the unique needs kids, young people, and families face today.
I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, depression, and academic or life stressors. My work focuses on helping high achievers manage perfectionism, build confidence, strengthen social connections, and develop the skills needed for successful independence and career readiness.
A bit more about me: I am from Wyoming. I recently moved to Casper with my husband Beau, and our two dogs, Jayde and Maple, who are always by our side. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with family and friends, focusing on my health with nutrition and movement, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling whenever I can.
