Ashlin Applin

Hi my name is Ashlin Applin and I'm from Wyoming. I've lived in a few states in addition to Wyoming and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles within the mental health field. From agencies and schools to private practice, each experience has deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and the resilience they can cultivate. I recently moved here with my husband Beau, and our two dogs, Jayde and Maple, who are always by our side. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with family and friends, focusing on my health with nutrition and movement, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling whenever I can. I’m passionate about learning and continuously growing, both personally and professionally. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is building meaningful connections with people, and I’m committed to fostering those connections with you as we navigate your journey together.
